About April

Living with the weight of chronic illness, caregiver burnout, anxiety or depression can feel isolating and exhausting. As a therapist, I believe in the importance of identifying and utilizing each individual’s unique strengths. My approach is collaborative, practical and is meant to give you the tools to manage stress, navigate your emotions and create a sense of stability and hope.
I strive to create a non-judgmental, supportive environment. I pride myself in being able to incorporate assertive guidance on navigating systems, empathic listening and humor into therapy sessions. Together, we'll uncover patterns that keep you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
