Psychiatric services include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for mental health conditions. Appointments may include follow-ups to monitor your progress, adjust medications, or assess treatment effectiveness.

Note: This office does not provide evaluations for ADHD, Autism, or forensic/legal purposes. Referrals will be provided when needed.

Your first visit will be an in-person appointment lasting about 45 minutes.

Follow-up visits are held virtually through our secure telehealth platform and last around 20 minutes.

Before your first appointment, we’ll need records from your primary care provider, and if you’re currently working with a therapist, from them as well. Having this information allows us to provide the best possible care and coordination.

Completion of all required forms prior to your appointment is mandatory. If forms are not received ahead of time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

You may begin services with a referral from your PCP or by contacting our office directly. A referral is not required to begin services; however, one will be needed to continue ongoing care.

• We’ll also need your medical records. Please complete our Records Release Form and our Release of Information Consent Form so your provider can send them with the referral.
