The clinic is an abbreviated 4.5 hour neuropsychological evaluation designed to help identify early changes in memory and thinking.

• Helps guide treatment planning, medical decisions, and next steps

• Can clarify if full neuropsychological evaluation is needed.

Dr. Oliveira is currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network & Priority Health plans.

Private pay rates are also available.

A PCP referral is required.
