About Shoni

My name is Shoni, and my therapeutic approach is centered around you—helping you connect with the person you've always been meant to meet. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, with a strong clinical focus on ADHD across the lifespan. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating the day-to-day realities of ADHD, including challenges with focus, time management, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and relationship dynamics.

I understand that ADHD is more than a diagnosis—it’s a unique way of thinking, processing, and engaging with the world. I help clients not only manage symptoms but also recognize and harness their strengths, such as creativity, intuition, and resilience. My work includes practical, real-life strategies tailored to each individual, helping clients build systems that actually work for their brains.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including art expression, CBT, person-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and spirituality. I work with teens, adults, and couples, and my areas of special interest include ADHD, trauma, daily anxiety, foster care and adoption, and depression.

My approach focuses on identifying personal values, creating sustainable routines, strengthening boundaries, reducing anxiety, and building supportive environments. I also emphasize psychoeducation, helping clients better understand how ADHD shows up in their lives and how to navigate it with confidence.
