About Allison
Aging is a journey that comes with both challenges and opportunities, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I specialize in working with older adults and those who care for them. I obtained a Specialist in Aging Certificate while at U of M and have extensive experience with dementia and chronic illness from onset to end of life. With expertise in navigating health and community-based services, I am here to support you toward growth and healing.
My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Whether you are navigating the changes that come with aging, supporting a loved one with dementia, or facing the emotional and practical demands of caregiving, I am here to help. I believe in a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and strengths.
Together, we can explore ways to enhance well-being, build resilience, and find meaning and joy in every stage of life. You are not alone in this journey—let’s take the next step together.
